Dr. Azad is a board-certified ENT specialist and a fellowship-trained surgeon from Bangladesh College of Physicians & Surgeons(BCPS) and the International College of Surgeons (USA). He completed his MBBS from Central Medical College Hospital, Cumilla, under Chittagong University. Post-graduation, he pursued training at Rangpur Medical College Hospital under BSMMU and at Dhaka Medical College Hospital under BCPS.

Currently, Dr. Azad is an Assistant Professor in the Otolaryngology Department at City Medical College Hospital, Dhaka. He has also served as a senior consultant at Feni Medical Centre.
